| A. Yes, we handle all our own installations generally on the eastern seaboard, however with almost 40 years of experience we have built up a large network of competent and reliable installation teams’ right around Australia and the Pacific rim. |

| Q. What are your trading hours? |
|

| A. We operate Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, of course like most manufacturers we are happy to accommodate out of hours meetings and visits. |

| A. Yes we have parking facilities right at the front of our building. |

| A. Yes we can work with you to liaise with the council approval or we can quote to manage the whole project from design, manufacture and installation. |
