Q. What sort of signs do you make?
A. We make virtually any type of sign you can imagine, in fact your imagination is the only limitation in the design of the sign.  Broadly, our range includes fabricated signs, 3D letters, illuminated signs, neon signs, sign light boxes, engraved signs, commemorative plaques, name badges, architectural signs, edge lit signs.  While in the vinyl and digital range of signs we make window graphics, floor graphics, posters, vehicle wraps, banners, rollup displays, airport advertising, building wraps and a host of other signs.  So simply put we can handle all your signage needs.
Q. Do you install?
A. Yes, we handle all our own installations generally on the eastern seaboard, however with almost 40 years of experience we have built up a large network of competent and reliable installation teams’ right around Australia and the Pacific rim.
Q. What are your trading hours?
A. We operate Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, of course like most manufacturers we are happy to accommodate out of hours meetings and visits.
Q. Is parking available at your showroom?
A. Yes we have parking facilities right at the front of our building.
Q. Do you have a showroom where I can see samples?
A. Yes we carry a wide range of samples in our showroom as well as photographic reference.  Why not download a data sheet which is on each page of our services see the link at the bottom of the page.
Q. Do you handle Council approval?
A. Yes we can work with you to liaise with the council approval or we can quote to manage the whole project from design, manufacture and installation.
Q. Who are some of your Clients?
A. We are very fortunate to have amongst our loyal client base many household names in the construction industry, premium architects and specifiers, government and institutional authorities, health care and hospitals, many retail organisations and a host of corporate clients.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. We can pack to suit your requirements and deliver or ship anywhere in the world.
Q. What sort of facilities do you have?
A. We have facilities including screen printing, wide format digital imaging and signmaking, engraving, spray painting, welding, computerised routing and engraving.
Q. Are your staff up to date with knowledge?
A. Yes, the technological advancement in the industry makes it imperative that all our staff maintain their knowledge of the latest advancements whether it be machinery, inks, substrates or other consumables. We regularly attend exhibitions our view is the failure to do so could be seen as providing our competitors with a substantial business advantage.
Q. How soon can I receive a quote?
A. Great question! We often turn simple quotes around in hours. However its all about the detail you provide, the information we need and the volume of items required to be quoted! Yes, it is a little bit little what came first the chicken or the egg! Rest assured we make ever effort to quantify, qualify and discuss your needs at the beginning the quote process at aim in fulfilling your request.
Q. What can I expect when I order my sign from AW Signs team?
A. We have installed the latest in computerised ‘business process management systems” the system has been specifically designed to suit our needs. The system is called KiM which stands for Knowledge and Information Management for more details www.kim.net.au
Q. What is the average turn around time?
A. Another chicken and egg question, small projects are often turned around in 5 – 7 working days.  Whereas at the other end of the scale where we may be installing many and varied signs on joint locations it could take weeks even months. Rest assured we make ever effort to quantify, qualify and discuss your needs at the beginning the process at aim in fulfilling your time line.
Q. Do you give written quotes?
A. Our standard policy is to provide you with a written quote which has a sign off on the bottom making it very convenient and easy for you to order from us.
Q. Can I offer a quote on –Line?

Q. Where are you located?

Q. What type of sign making equipment do you use?
A. A wide variety of signage equipment is used at A W Signs. Including the latest in computerised routing and engraving machines, digital printing equipment, vinyl cutting as well as all of the normal fabrication equipment you would see in a well equipped metal fabrication workshop.
